Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Scheduling & Participation All bookings for offerings and workshops through Teachings of the Red Sun Ministry are made in advance. Participation is voluntary and intended for spiritual, cultural, and educational purposes only. By booking, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate with personal responsibility, self-awareness, and respect for the nature of the offering. Eligibility Participants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated. By booking, you confirm that you are participating of your own free will and are responsible for assessing your own physical, emotional, and spiritual readiness. Educational & Spiritual Nature All offerings are non-medical, non-therapeutic, and non-clinical. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional counseling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made within the timeframe stated at booking. Missed appointments or no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling. In certain circumstances, accommodations may be made at the discretion of the Ministry. Donations & Contributions Any fees or contributions associated with bookings are considered voluntary support for the ministry’s educational and spiritual work and do not constitute the purchase of goods or services. Conduct & Respect Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward the space, teachings, and others. The Ministry reserves the right to refuse participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. Liability Acknowledgment By booking, you agree that Teachings of the Red Sun Ministry is not liable for personal experiences, interpretations, or outcomes resulting from participation. Policy Updates This Booking Policy may be updated as needed. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
